Let’s just say after contacting Appliance Tech Pro to take a look at my Samsung ice maker that was making a loud noise, he notice the problem right away. It needed to be replaced. He ordered the parts along with the rubber gasket around the refrigerator freezer section and installed them both in 5 min seems like. I recommend calling them every time!!!!
