Sadly, that is high praise for a service technician. My only complaint is that I suggested he bring both parts that could be the issue. That said, they offer a $20 discount for a favorable Google review. Now I'm side-eyeing all their positive reviews… Bottom line/TL;DR – would I hire them again? Maybe. Kevin was great.
