I would like to give Appliance Tech Pros a 3.5/5 stars and the technician, Kevin, 4/5 stars. Kevin was very communicative and arrived within the expected window. On top of that, he fixed our dryer. Sadly, that is high praise for a service technician. My only complaint is that I suggested he bring both parts that could be the issue. He only brought one and had to make a second trip out to fix it. Appliance Tech Pros as a company was also communicative and set reasonable expectations. That said, they offer a $20 discount for a favorable Google review. Now I'm side-eyeing all their positive reviews… Bottom line/TL;DR – would I hire them again? Maybe. Kevin was great. Discounts for good reviews not so great.
